Cushla has recently joined AgFirst as a farm consultant in lower Northland bringing a range of financial and farming experience to the team and area.  Cushla has both practical on-farm and Agribusiness experience. With her husband, they have worked their way through the dairy farming system sharemilking, leasing, equity partnerships and farm ownership.  Cushla is a registered Rural Valuer and has managed a rural portfolio for Rabobank Northland.  Cushla was a NZ Dairy Industry Awards - Northland Sharemilker runner up, former Northland Dairy Development Trustee and Northland Ballance Farm Environment Awards judge.

Her involvement in the sector both on and off-farm enables her to work in with many farming situations to add value to her clients.  Cushla uses a range of technologies including Farmax, Farm Focus, Xero to ensure you are farming for sustainable and repeatable profit.
