Erica has a background in land management, having lent her expertise to both regional councils and the central government departments. Erica brings her wealth of experience in land management advice from her tenure in Hawke's Bay, and most recently in Southland.
With her experience, she brings her extensive background. This includes providing diverse expertise in general land management practices such as erosion control and riparian planting. Additionally, she collaborates with catchment groups, fostering effective partnerships and community engagement. Furthermore, she skilfully navigates government funding contracts and policy interpretation.
Erica, along with her husband Pete, have now returned to hometown of Wairoa and is excited to be able to now bring her experience to support landowners within her community.
