Paige grew up on a dairy farm in the north Waikato, before attending Massey University in 2017 to complete a Bachelor of Agricultural Science. She began her career as a fertiliser sales representative, followed by working alongside an independent farm consultant in a role focused on sustainable soil fertility. Seeking a change and a new challenge, Paige started training as a Horticultural Consultant in 2022 with AgFirst Consultants Nelson. Her past roles have given her experience working with farmers to meet their production goals in ways that are sustainable and practical. She aims to build on these skills as she transitions to the horticultural sector.
